By accessing or using KBDSTARS ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

KBDSTARS is a mobile application designed for Kabaddi players, teams, and organizers to:

• Create and manage player and team profiles
• Record and track match statistics and scores
• Organize and manage tournaments
• View leaderboards and rankings
• Connect with the Kabaddi community

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or post through the App (including profiles, match data, and statistics). By using the App, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by KBDSTARS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Match Data and Statistics

You are responsible for the accuracy of match data, scores, and statistics you enter into the App. While we provide tools to help record and track information, we are not responsible for errors or disputes arising from inaccurate data entry.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• The App will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KBDSTARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KBDSTARS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
